Cosmic Development coordinated all off-site and parcel improvements for this 2.1-acre property. Our role included:

• Coordinating with trades and securing a general contractor.
• Developing a design layout that was reviewed and approved by county and city departments, as well as utility providers (gas, electrical, Cox, sewer, and water).
• Managing the tapping of the on-site well. Working with county mapping to split the property into four individual lots, creating four new APN numbers for custom home construction.
• Applying for and securing waivers so that property owners could name the street.

This project reflects our ability to manage complex infrastructure, coordinate with multiple agencies, and deliver a foundation for luxury custom homes.
